Summary
Alexandria, the daughter of General Bryce, was beside herself when the Autobots requested her to be their Ambassador. Hope had come from the stars to heal the broken world, and she could not be more eager to help in saving mankind.
But after months learning and bonding with these extraterrestrials, she has begun to realize something is very, very wrong. The Autobots are kind, but almost too kind. Too indulgent. And too dismissive of humans. And they are interfering with her communications to the outside world.
For her own safety, she flees the Autobot base before the situation escalates.
She has no idea just how much she means to the Autobots, and to their leader Optimus Prime. Or the lengths they will go to not lose even one sparkling.

Gathering his courage, he spoke in a soft voice. He conjured as much strength as he could muster, since he was honestly scared shitless. “My… my name is Cade Yeager.” He cringed at his stuttering, so much for showing no fear.
Before he could say more, he was staring down the barrel of the titan’s gun. “Please,” he quickly said, putting his hands up in a show of being defenseless – he just prayed that gesture was universal enough. “You look injured. Let me help you. I know my way around metal, so I’m sure I can help.” He pleaded, not just for his life but strangely out of sincerity too.
The giant must have sensed his genuine effort through his terror, and after a few tense seconds, the barrel of the gun began to lower, staggering until it fell away completely. The gun shifted back into a hand, and the metal creature made another deep cough.

A younger Cade Yeager got a lot more than he bargained for when he bought an old, beat-up, rusted semi. A rewrite of Age of Extinction where some things change and some things stay the same.

Just a story of Optimus & Crosshairs' love story, erm yeah. I love this ship so much it's a shame I seen no art of the two nor any shipping stories (sad).
SO! As the #1 Fan Shipper of OpCross, I will put half my free time into this slow burn even if I hate slow burns & want the characters to kiss so badly & screaming internally at them to just confess their love & makeout.
Also, quick side note, this story will have my own personal headcanons of Transformers & such. So I will be trying my best to explain them at the beginning of the story so you all can have some context of the actions &/or relationships in said story.

But when the Allspark was destroyed, and by extension, a young mech designated Hot Rod, both factions were at loss. The Autobots honored Hot Rod's sacrifice while the Decepticons wanted to avenge him.
But perhaps there was hope that Hot Rod might have survived the explosion in a form of Optimus' dream, a premonition that somehow, Hot Rod is alive...

Lucas hadn’t been able to make the run today, apparently having a ‘matter with the ladies’ that so urgently needed attending to. Tessa had urged Cade out of the house an hour prior, saying he ‘needed to get a whiff of Texan fresh air’ and reminded him to actually restock the fridge, and not just buy takeout or junk to snack on.
He stepped out of the pickup, grabbed his lightweight wallet and prepared to walk inside until something caught his eye.
A candy-blue Peterbilt sat in a deserted corner of the parking lot, flames licking across its long-nose hood and trailing onto the cab doors. An old beauty discontinued early 2007.
It had slashed tyres, a smashed hood and cracked windshields.
He must’ve drifted toward it without thinking, because the next thing he knew, he was gawking. Something about it felt off.. -
