Chief of the 1st homicide investigation squad.
Son of a former police superintendent general who seems to be in a fast track of success.
With those two image in mind it’s not hard to assume that in the eye of public the man that is Dan Hiroki is seen as a very diligent and dedicated officer, some might even assume he doesn’t know the word lazy. After all aside form his officer duty man is known to be dedicated in the craft of pottery, his weekend seems to always been occupied with that added with his refreshing trip.
But Dan Hiroki is yet another human being, there is time where he too wish to just stay on his bed and do nothing all day.
It’s a sight that the public eyes will never have the pleasure of seeing, the only person in this whole world that both know and allowed to see this side of him, is his one and only beloved, his dearest, his safe place, his home.
“Hiroki~”
her voice sounds like a clear bell in his ears, waking him up ever so gently. Fluttering his eyes open he saw her face bloom to a sweet smile.
“I know this is your off day and you can sleep in, but at least have a small bite for breakfast first, I don’t want you to be famished.”
The lady made a very adorable attempt to pout at him, something that only make him smile.
“How could I ever be, when my beloved always make sure I am warm and well fed. ”
Dan reaches up to held her cheek in his hand, rubbing his thumb to relax her pouting cheek. Not able to fight his flirting attempt the lady let out a sigh while her face bloom with a giddy flustered smile, like a girl in love.
“You and your sweet words, Chief Dan. ”
“fufu~ I’m not a chief today, just your Hiroki.”
Hearing that make giggle bubble from her, she lean down, catching his face with both of her delicate hands, she gave him a quick peck on the forehead.
“Then, will my Hiroki go eat some breakfast with me?”
“I need a morning kiss to wake up.”
“Didn’t I just gave you that. ”
“Forehead kiss doesn’t count, My love. ”
“Oh, you spoiled child! Fine! I will eat without you!”
The lady was half laughing as she throw that threat, raising herself from the bed in order to leave the man alone on his bed, but that plan is quickly foiled when Dan suddenly raised up from his rest and pull her in the bed with his strong arms, the lady can only yelp in surprise and whine as she is dragged in and cuddled close to his chest.
“No, I’m sleepy and I need my beloved in my arms”
Dan attempts to be the spoiled child his beloved accused him to be, pouting slightly while nuzzling his nose to her hair. The feel of her hair on his skin is one of his favourite thing in this whole world, he wasn’t stealing chances to nuzzle to her, totally.
“Hiroki!! geez!! it’s going to be midday soon I need to take Pazuzu to walk before it get too hot! ” the lady attempt to weakly hit him on the shoulder, giggling all the way by his childish behaviour.
“Pazuzu is used to have walk in the nights anyway, it’s too early for the old bone. ”
“Oh, you just finding reason to keep me here in bed.”
“I am.”
Further protest cannot be delivered by her as Dan start to affectionately land kisses all over her face.
Starting from her foreheads, her eye lids, her nose, her cheek, her ear, and finally her lips. Every kiss make her giggles while saying his name, protesting that his kisses tickle her all over, instead of stopping that just make Dan wanting to shower her with more kisses all over, from her face down to her neck, purposely tickling her just to hear more of her giggles.
“Haha!! I gave up! I gave up!! hahaha, p-Please! Ahh!! Hiroki!”
She try to cover his mouth with her hand, pushing him slightly from continue his shower of kisses on her skin.
“I am getting lightheaded from too much laughing. ”
The lady reasons while letting out small pant, in response Hiroki glance to her face then her hand and give it one final kiss, making sure he make it sound sloppy and loud for her.
“Hiroki~ Can you stop with the teasing, my fragile heart can only take so much of it.”
She shifted her hand to give a light pinch to his cheek, her smile is a failed attempt to look intimidating, in fact he only find it more adorable.
“Really? If I remember you are much more durable to my teasing, after all last night when we—”
“Keep going at it Chief Dan and I am sleeping on a separate room.”
“Yes Ma’am.”
With a small laugh Dan lower himself till he have his head rested on her bosom, taking a deep inhale of her scent before letting out a relieved breath.
“Can we just stay here for another 5 minutes? Please. ”
Dan asked nuzzling his head more to her chest, getting to a position where he could hear her heartbeat, His soothing melodies, right beside his ear.
The lady looked at him, hugging him closer and brushing his hair with her hand, something that make Dan look visibly more relaxed the very second she started.
“It’s rare to have you this needy, did something happen at work Hiroki?”
“No, I just have a wonderful lover that I have missed for the whole week, so now I’m trying to get extra affection from her to make up for the last 7 days.”
“Dramatic today aren’t we?”
“If that what it take to have your undivided attention for me, I will.”
Another giggle can be heard from her, the vibration of her body sound so nice on his ear, it like he was infected with her giddiness, making him giggle too.
“I understand, seems like my Hiroki is being lazy this weekend, 5 more minutes it is.”
“Mh-hm, I don’t feel like going out too, let’s just spend the day watching movie on bed”
“It’s gonna be The Exorcist for the Nth time this month isn’t it?”
hearing that Dan quickly lifted his head to look at his beloved, his eyes is like kitten pleading to be given food and affection, complete with a small pout.
“It’s a wonderful movie!”
“Hiroki! at this point I already remembered all the plot of it from top to bottom! ”
“But you still get surprised here and there. ”
“Of course I am, it’s a horror movie!”
“Fufu~”

They continue to throw weak argument about their agenda of the day to each other while sometimes sharing kisses here and there, Mostly Dan taking chances to steal kisses from her, when she too preoccupied with talking and the lady retailed back at him by giving him surprise kisses when he least expecting. The two of them continue cuddling in their bed for a while longer, they are more than set to spent the day slow and easy.
Tomorrow the man that is Dan Hiroki need to come back as the Chief of the first homicide squad of metropolitan police, the wonderful detective. But today all he want is to be simply Hiroki, a man that is lazily cuddling on the bed with his beloved, enjoying their day as if the world is made just the two of them in it, being pampered, loved and vice versa.
