Having foresight on what happens in the future doesn't mean you necessarily need to use it to change what happens.
That is how you've lived through all this time. You know how this story goes. And with that knowledge, you pointedly try to avoid any chance to get involved by all of the main characters of this world as best as you can, no matter how nice it would be to know them personally.
It was something you forbade yourself to do. The results of changing the plot was one thing- your own reactions are another. God knows you'll go insane if you actually meet them face on. You're already hanging on a thread just trying to survive.
...But really, you should've known Cale Henituse would be too smart and dedicated to his slacker life to look the other way.

Cale with someone who gets stronger every time they shed blood out of their body. It doesn't matter how, as long as their soul and physique recognizes her body being hurt like hell, she would be stronger, so they get littered with scars all over their body, plus they've lived many different lifetimes with this kind of ability. She basically cannot die even if she wanted to. It's not like she doesn't feel pain, she does, but she's used to it. She just somehow dies whenever she turns 20 years of age. She doesn't have to do anything at all, she'll just die and wither like an old flower. I'd imagine she was the same age as Cale. Ahhh, I really want to formulate this into a fanfic, but idk how to 🥹. Like, the misunderstanding and dynamics I'd like to create with TCF's wonderful characters are all over my mind. I really want the squad to worry abt her like crazy like wdym you are DYING? Ohhhh also the platonic relationship with the kids ☹️ I love them so so much. If you do take this request to mind, I don't mind seeing how you play and write with it?
