Morgan would never get what they wanted. Or maybe who they wanted was the better statement. As they watched Alex banter flirtatiously with Zeep Zorp, it was as if each word he said was stabbing them right in the heart. Alex had never been adverse to whatever species he dated. Morgan had seen Alex’s exes with their own eyes. From aliens to literal actual monsters, if you had gone back in time and told Alex that he may one day fuck a robot, Alex probably would have shrugged it off and told you he was looking forward to it.

He pressed himself further back into the corner, a snarl coming to his lips. The eye creatures never reacted to his shouting, but they did hesitate when he growled. But when the lanky aliens came around the corner, they didn't so much as look at him. Instead, they were focused on what looked like a stretcher, the kind that ambulances used back on Earth.
Sitting atop it, perfectly still, was another human.
Scar felt his heart stop in his chest. It was impossible. There was no way there was another human on the ship. It had to be a trick of some kind, a robot made to look human, or a statue, or something. This was some sort of experiment, a test to see how he would react to seeing something that looked like his own species.
But they looked so lifelike.

Apparently, yes, it is, because he is sent by his school to monitor their star pupil Tubbo's progress aboard the Sleepy Boi's Inc. He also couldn't be sent to a normal spaceship, no, he has to be on one with weird rules and shadows in windows and noises in the walls.
And the fact that the entire crew seems to hate his guts.
