All he can do is go away for a while, take a break from the world and unwind from the series of unfortunate events his life becomes. When he goes to visit the Mutant Nation of Genosha on his break, in the hopes of finding some peace of mind, the last thing he expects is to go back in time, or to wake up on the Genoshan King's bed.

Summary
Written for the 1stclass-kink meme prompt: Charles gets turned into a kid/baby. While the team scrabble to work out how to put him right they try to look after him. Turns out, Charles doesn't need much looking after. If he's a baby, he never cries. If he's a little kid, he's really self-sufficient.
Everyone's charmed/amused by this except one person (Sean) who is really unnerved by this. All babies cry. Kids that age are not that independent - they're just not. Unless they're used to nothing happening when they cry/used to fending for themselves.

The year is 2000 as Professor X is mentoring his shy student Kitty Pryde. Nervously testing her powers on the eighty-five year old Professor, a problem quickly arises when Charles finds himself waking up in his thirty-six year old body filled with heroin and heartbreak. With Erik locked away in the Pentagon and memories of what is going to happen to the world if they don't do anything, Charles finds himself stuck between focusing on leaving back to his own future or going along with the past that is written for himself.

"You're right," Alex nods. This is important, not just for them, but also for their dads and for the fate of mutant-kind altogether. "Let's do this," he says, determination written on his face.
"Also, I'm calling it Operation PBD for short," he adds. "'Prevent Beach Divorce', that's what it is."
Or, instead of Erik or Charles who time-travel to the past, the X-Kids are the ones who time-traveled to the time before the Beach Divorce. Sean and Alex won't let their dads repeat the same mistakes they made...
