When the Avengers cross path with the Winchester siblings, there's only one outcome – sheer devastation. Long-buried truths get unearthed from the graves, the limits of sanity are tested, and the deadliest nightmares come to life. In the midst of it all - James 'Bucky' Barnes, an infamous former assassin known as the Winter Soldier, who is still grappling with the concept of freedom, and Abigail Winchester (OC), a hunter of creatures that dwell in the darkest shadows. Was this a doing of fate or a mere coincidence?
I plan to take my time crafting this narrative because it is my first crossover, and I want it to be dark, dramatic, emotionally intense, and filled with terrifying horror and suspense. Because it is an alternate universe, the plot will not adhere strictly to the canon of either fandom. The major focus will be on the Avengers, but it will cover both sides of the crossover through multi-povs.

This is a slow burn fanfic that starts out with Theo and Hermione in a situation of ease (with some feelings growing already!) as a marriage law is enacted shortly after the end of 8th year. Draco gets thrown into the mix by force of the law after the abrupt death of Astoria in childbirth. This story explores the development of a deep relationship between the three of them, in a post-war world that isn't quite ready to let go of old wounds just yet. It follows the trio through the first few years as adults outside Hogwarts while they try to heal the trauma of the past, start careers, and figure out the intricacies of being in a ministry enforced triad. Add into the mix that a new generation of dark lord protégée are emerging into society starting with the release of a new magical disease that's impacting purebloods and muggleborns alike, and it's all hands-on deck for all of your favorite characters trying to learn what it means to settle into adulthood while once again saving the wizarding world. This is a long-haul story that updates regularly. It is mostly non-cannon, but with some similarities. Fluff will develop along the way.

For two decades, the country moved forward with an absent princess. Princess Primrose grew up sickly, sheltered, raised between royal duty and the void left by her older sister and a succession problem.
But Katniss was alive.
Raised in anonymity in a chaotic city like New York City, Katniss Monroe grew up oblivious to her lineage. She is a Olimpic Archer. Happily in love with her high school sweetheart, Peeta Mellark. Working two jobs, living with her boyfriend.
In 2025, at the age of twenty-five, she is selected to represent her county at the Eldenhart International Archery Tournament. The chosen venue: the Royal Palace Gardens.
Princess Katniss Everdeen has returned home.
