Summary
Aboard the colony ship Nevermore, Wednesday Addams audits the dead. She does this quietly, nightly, in an office the ship forgot it had. Then one day a figure comes out wrong, too small for anyone else to notice, with no explanation. This one wrong number leads Wednesday to a murder, the murder reveals a pattern, and the pattern exposes a vast conspiracy the ship has kept for a hundred years. And the only person who can help her is the one she least wants to trust.
Enemies to lovers, slow burn, hard sci-fi aboard a generation ship filled with mysteries.
