    [AO3-7167] - When someone reports a comment to our Policy & Abuse committee (PAC), the report now automatically includes the user ID of the person who left the comment.

    Yes! Thank you! It's been extremely useful for the scam or spam comments, since a few of them left on fics have had strange characters in the UID. I like tracking the scam and spam UIDs to see where else they may have left comments, or if one tries to reuse a UID, thinking I've never seen it before.

      The user ID in this context is not the username. It's the immutable numeric ID

      Edit: also I don't think you can see it on your side

        i noticed that its also incremental and unique for some reason.

        other sample:

        like mine: /users/carrisa_lyna/profile#:~:text=user%20ID%20is%3A-,4874142,-Bio

        my account is older than yours since the id is around 4m and yours is alr 15m

          I mean it's not visible in the tickets and emails when you make a report

          It's incremental and unique because it's the primary key in the database
