Summary
The Hidden Leaf Village in Naruto's time seems to have forgotten just why the village was founded and have lost their way. Through a mishap with a hiraishin seal, Tobirama finds himself during Naruto's time and he is having none of this nonsense. His brother may be gone, but he won't stand to have Hashirama's dream trampled so.
And if he has to cause a civil war or burn the village down to the ground? Well that depends on how much resistance he meets.
All Tobirama does know for certain is that no child will suffer underneath the protection of Konoha and if he has to take them in and care for them himself, then he will.

Kakashi remembered being Tobirama. It both changed things and didn't. At least Obito is alive to tell Kakashi off for his life choices.
This is mostly a summary of what I imagined would happen if Kakashi had been Tobirama's reincarnation and had previously been in a relationship with Madara. It doesn't touch on deeper motives or emotions, it is more an overview. I would be deeply honored if someone liked the idea and decided to flesh it out. It starts with an injured Inuzuka. As always, the Inuzuka show up completely unannounced, metaphorically knocking on her door by collapsing in a bloody pile right in front of her porch. The dog included. She opens her door, blinks, and looks down.Well, what's a girl gotta do? Leave them for dead?
