For some reason, Atsushi seems to know an unusually large amount of detailed medical information—far more than anyone expects, and even approaching the level of Yosano’s expertise. The way he answers is too instant, too precise, too effortless.
Kenji just finds it fascinating, asking more and more questions with genuine excitement.
Tanizaki, on the other hand, slowly starts to notice the pattern.
Nothing Atsushi says is wrong.
But the way he says it… the strange ease, the unsettling confidence, the occasional pause like he’s recalling something instead of learning it…
