Jasmine remembered when she presented as an omega prime… her parents had been so happy and talked about how blessed they were and how she would be set for life once they select the perfect alpha for her once she mastered her job as an omega. In middle school. She was placed in a classroom with all the new omega’s and told they would go through two programs: Omega training to know what they will be doing for their alpha… and Used training… which would prepare them for alpha’s who want to use them. The idea of going through either of the two trainings made her sick to her stomach. She hoped her parents would side with her… but she was shocked when they talked about how great this will be and how once she passed both alphas would line up at their door to have her.
But she failed the training programs… both of them terribly…
The teachers described her as a failure and blamed her mother for not teaching her the basics before her presentation about taking care of a house… it caused her mom to be shunned when she was out… and her dad joined in blaming her for the failure… which led to fights between them… without them knowing that she failed on purpose. Rushing through the chores and burning food to fail while not responding as instructed for Used training. She hated pinning the blame on her mom… but she didn’t want the training at all. Before graduating middle school… her parents died in a car accident. Her parents were once again fighting while her dad drove. While he wasn’t looking at the road… they crashed… dying on impact… leaving her alone with everything they owned. It sucked since she loved her parents… but the fact they claimed she would be made to marry, stay at home and have some alpha’s pups that they selected for her… so her sadness didn’t last long.
In high school… she was placed in UA as Nezu offered to care for her… she didn’t want to but papers were signed and documents were filled out… she was in a class of mostly alphas and beta’s… with three omegas’ without counting her. Luckily those three omegas were used and no one tried to use her which made her happy… but seeing them get used even during class… it made her sick and wished it was stopped. Sometimes Katsuki Bakugo would make fun of her in private considering while she is an omega prime… no one was using her which she was fine with… but wouldn’t tell him as omega’s who are happy not being used who say it get sent to a facility until an alpha get’s them pregnant… and she didn’t want to go there… so she pretended to be affected by his words when they actually don’t.
There was a time when an alpha came up to her to use her. She felt sick at the idea but Katsuki stopped it by revealing her as a failure in the Used training… it resulted with the alpha walking away from her to go find a different omega to use. Katsuki laughed while walking away… not knowing or hearing her thank him for stopping it before she too walked away. She thought about what to do next after graduation… and decided to either go to college or get a job as she didn’t really want to think about getting mated to an alpha at the moment… and alpha’s her age were using any omega near them for fun without using condoms… who knows if they caught something or got an omega pregnant because they thought birth control was enough… it made her sick to her stomach knowing that could have been her if she had passed the training.
But things took a turn for her… in the worst way possible…
She was set to marry Katsuki after graduating UA. She didn’t want to marry him but was decided for her as he was perfect for as he’s an alpha prime… once she left, Katsuki turned to her and said he doesn’t plan on claiming her of sleeping with her… claiming any pups he has with her would be failures like her… not knowing the law demanded that married couples must have a pup within the first three years of their marriage or the marriage will be terminated with the alpha marked as sterile or incompetent. But she didn’t tell him that and just kept quiet as he walked away. Soon word got out about her engagement to Katsuki. Many felt pity for Katsuki while others called her names because she was never used in the first place… but she could care less about that… all she wanted was to escape her marriage with Katsuki fast.
Then came something new. Twisted Wonderland. No one knew what the world was but many were curious to visit it. But you could only go there through a gate with a permit to visit… and her class would be going there for a while. She wondered what it was like there and decided to do some research so she knew at least the basics on that world. She wasn’t sure if it would go well over there but maybe things would be different there for her? And if not, maybe she would be better off living there instead. Katsuki made fun of Twisted Wonderland by calling it a boring world which made the class laugh with him… except her who was researching. When Aizawa revealed they would be visiting Night Raven College… Katsuki called it a school full of losers making everyone laugh with him while she researched the school.
What she found… was a gorgeous place that she couldn’t wait to discover and learn more about as she walks around the school grounds. Clubs, dorms and magic!? It sounds better then quirks! And with her being quirkless… maybe they act differently towards those without power? Considering here she was picked on for not having a quirk so she hoped they would be maybe nice to her at least. Aizawa silenced Katsuki with a warning of detention and being removed from the trip and continued to explain about the trip which she half listened to so she could focus on her research instead. As she looked, she found something that made her curious. Something she never heard about and decided to see if she could find more info on it.
Heat week…
It happens every year for a whole week at the school… there was nothing about used omega’s which was a relief in her opinion… but there wasn’t much detail about this Heat week. Maybe they would be told more about it once at the school? Maybe she could even ask a student there for more details if she was lucky enough. Classes continued on with her thinking about the trip while her classmates talked about relaxing, quirk training, shopping and other things she didn’t care about since they didn’t care about her in the first place. Besides they never help her with anything since they see her as a failure of an omega… not knowing she did it on purpose to be ignored… plus, if anyone found out she failed the programs on purpose… they would all turn to blame her for the death of her parents… which would lead her to snap and reveal the truth about her feelings… which would send her to the facility where an alpha will get her pregnant.
So, to protect herself… she kept quiet. She didn’t tell anyone the truth and acted like she was said for being a failure so everyone thinks she saw things their way. Maybe one day she’ll find a way to escape marrying Katsuki and be free to be who she want’s to be… but for now she had to scream in her head at how she hated her fate of marrying Katsuki while researching the world they would soon visit.
