1.) This fic chronologically takes place after DW: Kamen Rider Zi-O: Pretty Cure Protector and DW: Kamen Rider Black RX: One Family. These two, along with the current fic, form what is known as the First Trilogy Saga.
Now, for those who are reading this, a question may be asked.
Would you need to read the other two to understand this current fic?
Well, it's a yes and a no at the same time.
No, you aren't obligated to read the other two past fics, especially when at the time of this writing, it has yet to be completed. Each of those two past fics has its own story and theme to tell.
Yes, in the sense that it provides a backstory and context for some of the characters in this fic which could not be possible to cover here.
2.) This fic is more or less inspired by the fic Logic Is My Sword By: Itherael and A New ROAD of Misfortune By: Itherael

Whose eyes are those eyes?
Everything starts upon 0 (past) before eventually expanding into 1 (future). Our world is made of 0s and 1s. In the ever-wandering maze of space and time that permeates throughout the universe, even with all of the recorded discoveries behind the secrets that once caught our eye, there is still much that humanity needs to learn. We as a species are capable of great things, but also terrible ones. We are capable of achieving scientific progress that could turn everything that we knew upside down, but I wonder...all of this, at what cost to the price of our freedom and liberty must we pay dearly for it?
Ever since the trembling of the worldline by the year 2020, and sometime after, the world had gone off with an arms race regarding the invention and development of Earth Simulators, my fears for the future grew exponentially. With every second, every minute, every hour that passed, I dreaded what may come about. Another dystopia? Another world war? The end of humanity as we knew it? Or is it a revival of what the Organization had tried to accomplish long before? So many questions. So many worries. After everything that I've been through, would all of my efforts to maintain the "peace" of this world line all amount to nothing but a delusional fantasy?
Was the choice of Steins Gate truly a delusion of Hououin Kyouma?
I hoped against all hope that it was not so. I am the only one who truly remembers every worldline that I've been through. I've experienced a world without Mayuri (Alpha and I've experienced a world without Kurisu.
I remember the first time when a spark of that hope came down upon me. I remember, when I was stuck in the "R" World Line, already resigned to my fate, I met a certain individual, this Stranger, a Man From Beyond Time, an actual Lord of Time who does not exist in our reality altogether. The meeting itself would send shivers running down my spine, but it also gave me a sense of epiphany and camaraderie. I realized that I was never alone. I now know that other people out there, those who suffered at the hands of the Organization in the same way as I have, exist and are now trying to fight against them.
That meeting sparked the flame to recreate an Anti-Committee Organization in the Steins Gate Worldline, the Valkyrie Resistance, an organization dedicated to stopping the Organization and its nefarious plans for the world... And even beyond... After that fated meeting, slowly but surely, I met the others. Many events and new battles almost decided the fate of this world, but we stopped it all. New people stepped in and stopped it. At some point, I met a man by the name of John Connor, and I could tell that he and I had similar traits. We even share the same respective roles as leaders of a Resistance. Both he and I met the Stranger at some point in our lives and thus we share one common connection. He and I had kept in contact over the years and Connor had proven to be quite a valuable ally and also a good friend. Aside from Connor, we even get secret funding and equipment from another secret organization known as the Foundation which had been opposing the Organization far longer before even I and several of my allies did.
But even as the years pass, the Organization is still out there. One wonders what would be their latest scheme that would be conducted this time.
I shudder with a thought. Because ever since the solution to the 2038 problem had been obtained due to the central efforts of one person by the name of Pollon Takaoka, I fear that the Organization's next move... would be more than just daring...
If one could simulate the entire Earth and manipulate the concept of world layers that affect all worldlines in them, can one take it to the next level? And not just that, even take this next level beyond the realm of any observer from the upper region, beyond the save and load, and enter into the outside?
The concept of thinking outside the box. Think outside the lines. Think outside. You can hack into the gate and see into the heart of God. But what happens if you somehow manage to stumble upon something outside your purview? What happens when one steps outside the box? And outside, you would find a couple of dots, and those dots no longer connect.
And then, you'd noticed other dots that would connect to form boxes. But the boxes seem to lack the accurate shape of boxes. And then, you'd notice each dot from different boxes, including the box you'd come from, separate and form its box, like different contradictory puzzles that seem to be artificially configured together.
Once you step outside the box, you will get to see another entirely different direction. But what that direction is would neither be straight nor slide. Rather, it seemed like there was no direction at all. But there is a direction. You cannot see it with just your penultimate way of thinking.
Should I make contact with the Stranger again? Or would he contact me instead?
Either way, I would need to be ready for what is to come.

PART 1
"...George."
What was that?
A whisper. A gentle voice that he couldn't remember. A mysterious voice called out his name. But it was feminine. It was maternal. That was what he had heard. Something felt wrong. Why was he not awake? He was just conscious, last he recalled. No, it was not because he slept. He never slept. Rather, it felt like a transition. It felt like a brush in between.
Two world lines would appear in his mind. An impossible thought. Static only covered his mind.
1.048596% 1.123581β
Two world lines appear. Other world line coordinates were seen, but they were not as bright as the two world lines. They all seem a bit grey as if they are slowly disappearing. No, not disappearing, like they were in danger of being "no more". And then, suddenly, a thousand voices erupted. He can feel the lives that were lost. Infinite pasts and futures. His senses were trying to process just what he was currently seeing. He could not comprehend it. He could feel so much pain, so much death. And that death...
"...Not long now."
...Would lead to this voice. The words were translated into a language that only George could understand. George would feel something terrible from within him. He could hear an echo of chittering sounds within that voice. This voice, oh so familiar and yet oh so terrible. He recognized this voice. And all George felt was rage. He knew who this voice was. How could he not?
"...Not long now, George Artorius."
It would say with an ominous but taunting tone.
"...The third encounter will come. My followers have already gathered the pieces for my return. All will know my rightful rule. The Seven Worlds of Light and Hope will inevitably fall. Those who opposed me will kneel. And I will be free. And vengeance shall be mine!"
A terrible echo erupted from that last word. A defiant "NO!" would echo from George's lips.
"NO!"
And that same defiant cry would finally awaken him.
"NO!"
A heavy gasp that accompanied a labored breath echoed.
The young man, George Kurai, awakens instantly with his eyes widening. His entire body would sit up straight without a second thought. He would put his right hand to where his heart was located. He felt cold. He felt wrong. His other hand felt the wooden board of the bench that he was currently sitting on. His eyes fell upon his entire person. Currently, he can see his clothes. A dark blue jacket with orange lines on his shoulders, dark grey jeans, and Converse white shoes with red colors. Then his eyes fell upon what appeared to be a park. He didn't know where he was exactly. Or when... His eyes looked up to the heavens and found the sky twinkling with little stars that were disappearing into the twilight of the approaching dawn. Strange... The sun seems a little larger than normal.
He felt fatigue coming over him.
And of course...
...He would hear a beeping sound. His eyes blinked. He felt something vibrating within his pockets. He would take something from his pockets, revealing a red-colored phone with a Zi-O symbol on the back. He would look at the black screen and press a button. It revealed a static image before the words "4" and "Amadeus" would be seen. Then, an image of a woman would be shown on the screen.
"Thank goodness you've answered, George-kun, I've been trying to make contact with you for the past 24 hours, but I could not find a way to do so since I've been deactivated, yet I can still feel my consciousness active, just limited, up until now."
A relieved expression and sigh. The one who spoke from the phone was a woman with reddish brown hair and wearing a lab coat, with a red necktie. George would know this woman as Kurisu Makise, in a sense... In actuality, this woman is an artificial intelligence called Amadeus, taking on the form of Kurisu Makise. But this was not the original Amadeus. This was known as Amadeus Kurisu 2.0. A more improved and updated version was created by researcher, neuroscientist, and professor of Neurophysics 101 at Victor Chondria University, Dr. Rintaro Okabe. The phone was given to George at some point indirectly via the hands of a certain person whom they both knew. Now George Kurai has a partner if you will keep him company you will. George was grateful to her.
"...Amadeus, what had happened since the last time I was awake?" George asks, being direct to the point.
The last time George could recall was that he was just walking alongside his girlfriend and fellow superheroine Hana Nono and her other fellow superheroines and best friends who all form part of a team called the HUGtto! PreCure. To explain briefly, a PreCure (or Pretty Cure) is a type of magical girl who transforms into a powerful warrior in order to come to the aid of the world when it is needed and fight against evil forces. The HUGtto! PreCure is not the only PreCure, nor were they the first PreCure. They are but one of many.
Relating to that, he was with the HUGtto! PreCure team when he suddenly blacked out after feeling a kind of fatigue hitting him, and all he seemed to be conscious of was greyish static before he found himself resting on a bench.
"...Nothing. Though, of import, it appears that we seemed to have been transported somewhere...A different world perhaps," Amadeus responded, her eyebrows knitting a little out of concern.
"...That's what I feel as well," George suspected. "Not just that, an entirely different universe (multiverse)."
George Kurai has this ability to tell of strange things. One of which relates to the skill of noticing something "off" if one will. He can feel the fact that he seemed "limited" unlike the norm. He felt like he was somewhere completely different, cut off from the rest. What this means is that George has the ability to travel to different types of worlds and eras. Now, that "section" of his power seems limited to a degree, and he can sense that.
In a sense, it's like "someone" or "something" had taken away his ability to see beyond the horizon and only see what's right in front of him. He is trapped in what he feels to be a localized but larger-than-life universe (multiverse). He can travel anywhere and anywhen in this locality, but he is powerless to access any other realities beyond.
That concerned him. Someone does not want him to leave this world. He could try to make contact with Hana, or anyone else for that matter.
"...Amadeus, can you try to contact Hana or anyone that we know?" George asks.
"Unfortunately, I cannot do so at this time," Amadeus made a concerned expression. "I tried that method several times when I was still semi-active, but I cannot maintain an appropriate temporal signal. Something appears to be interfering with the transtemporal transmission frequencies."
"Really," George knitted his eyebrows. "Not the Foundation?"
Amadeus only shakes her head in the negative.
"Not Kadoya-sensei?" George asks.
Amadeus shakes her head again.
"...Not even the Doctor?" George would bring up someone who he knew was an expert in this kind of situation.
"No, not even him," Amadeus shakes her head.
George would remain silent for a moment before concluding with a suspicious tone. "...Then something or someone doesn't want us to leave this world." Thinking quickly, George continued. "...Amadeus, can you begin to try to gather any available information about this world that we currently ended up in?" George asks.
"Of course," Amadeus nodded. "I would try to access this world's databases and report what I can find."
Now, she would begin to show her skill in hacking through every available piece of hardware, software, and other means and methods available. George figured that he was somewhere in a civilized world or another Earth. He can tell because he can see a few passers-by, a family of three, that would walk nearby, followed by an old man who would jog alone. Then he noted something else.
It was...a bunny girl. Literally. She wore regular clothing just like a human, but she had actual bunny ears and features. She was also seen jogging along the park. George suspected that this world was more than aware of non-human species, thus it was not a world where only humans lived.
After a minute or so later, Amadeus responded with a concerned tone. "...Umm, George-kun."
"What is it?" George asks.
"I believe that we may have a problem," Amadeus would say before beginning to show George all of the available information that was researched in about a minute or so, showing it all via an augmented virtual holographic projection.
What George discovered would lightly surprise and concern him at the same time.

"WOOOOOAAAAAAAAH!"
A young man would suddenly jump off the train tracks due to an incoming train that was heading his way and land back on the surface of the hard block floor. Souta Mizushino would make use of an ability to conjure up an interdimensional portal that can hop from one location to another, from one time period to another, from one universe to another. This is what is known as the Aurora Curtain.
He was confused. One minute, he was walking alongside his girlfriend, Setsuna, and their fictional daughter, Aya, in the park. The next moment, after feeling a little hangover, he got transported without any warning and in an instant to where the train from earlier was about to hit him. If not for the fact that he conjured up Aurora Curtains at will, he would have had his face planted on the front of an oncoming train.
While that wouldn't kill him due to certain factors relating to himself, he didn't want to be on the receiving end of an admittedly painful reception.
Right now, he could feel his pink vintage camera still with him, worn around his neck and swaying a little, and he would clutch it with his left hand as he slowly stood up, if it a bit wobbly. He could feel the gathering crowd just looking at him. Before that, he swore that he heard a couple of screams from a few women who were nearby. When he got a good look at them, some of them weren't even human. Some had reptile and amphibious-like features, others were half-human/half-beast, others had cat-like features, and so forth.
But it's not the non-humans in the crowd that surprised him. He'd seen plenty of such things during his travels and adventures. But rather, he felt something off. The moment he got some semblance of thought together, he felt and realized that he was transported to an entirely different world. And this one was not like the others, because he can sense some kind of... "wall" ...if that makes sense. Using one of his naturally honed abilities, he can sense the presence of different universes, different dimensions, and different timelines aside from the current world he is in. But... It seems limited. He cannot see what lies "beyond". He cannot travel out of this strange world. He was limited.
Before he started to question this, he can hear a few conversations nearby.
"What the hell just happened?"
"Looks like somebody just almost got hit by a train?"
"What?! Seriously?!"
"Did somebody try to take their life this early in the morning?"
"Somebody call in the Peacekeeper Squad!"
Oh, that wasn't good. Souta thought. People were already starting to notice him. He needed to make himself scarce since he felt like he was attracting too much attention. But then...
"KAH!"
Souta reacted with pain. He felt his head swirling and dizzy. He held his right hand to his head as random memories flashed in front of his mind's eye. Behind the pain, he saw something. He saw a young woman with black long hair and a plain-looking outfit. A beautiful but sad face and grey eyes that he would recognize all too well. She wore a simple white dress with blue collars. Simple glasses with red bridges.
He recognized her. Setsuna. Yuna "Setsuna" Shimazaki. His significant other. His girlfriend. His best girl. His everything.
But why...?
"...What?"
Something was wrong. Why was she alone on the train tracks? No one was there. It was just her. It felt like a dizzy dream. He had no context of what was happening. But he could feel a sense of dread that erupted from within him. Something was wrong. He... He needed to get her out of there. He needed to...
But he could hear the sound of a moving train. It was just passing by from the left and it was not stopping.
Static fills his memory. What was going on here?!
Dear Souta...
A voice would be heard as the memory plays out before him. It was her voice. Setsuna's voice. Clear, but sad. Sober, but resigned. A voice that was interlaced with a blank white text on a screen. The static hurts. His head hurts. But not more than his heart was currently hurting right now.
I had a lot of fun at that event we went to together.
I hope you don't mind me saying this... but that was the best memory of my life. I was really happy. Thanks.
...Now, those words would take him back in time to when he would first meet Setsuna.
"On the 30th, there's going to be a Hakoniwa meetup. It's a big festival for social networking sites. The creator of Megalosphere would be there. I really want to go there but I don't know anyone who'd go with me. So if you're interested, let's go together."
It was on a train station somewhere in Tokyo. Many different people passed by and walked around. Some had happy family members. Others were tired and worn-out office workers. Others were executives who were busy on their phones. Souta watched all of this with an observing eye and was content to wait. And of course, at some point, he was talking to Setsuna on his cellular.
"It's me. Hi. Um...I'm at the front gate now..."
And not a moment too soon, he spotted Setsuna standing from the other side, with an ad sign at the back of the wall where she was standing saying "Guidebook" with the year "2016" at the top of the ad sign.
"..."
His eyes widened. Mesmerizing. Awe came to the forethought of his mind. Mystery. From the corner of his eyes, he was looking at a young woman who looked close to his age. She ran towards him with a flashing smile that made his heart beat fast. On the surface, she didn't appear to be anything special. She was quite normal and down to earth. Her attire was plain looking and she even wore glasses. But...
...Her beautifully shaped face and rekindling smile made up for that. Even her simple red bridge glasses added a touch of her femininity. A simple white dress with blue collars. A brown handbag on her shoulder. Overall, she was a typical young and ordinary Japanese woman. But still... She was beautiful. That was what his heart spoke from that moment forward.
But...
Souta recalls something from that time. He felt a kind of pain from within him. A déjà vu kind of sense when he was first meeting Setsuna for the very first time. It was like... It was like the meeting between them was meant to be... But something was warning him in a kind of whisper... Take good care of her... A thought whispered into his mind... Don't lose her again...
But why...?
Souta did not know at the time. But it was merely a flash before things felt normal again. And it was right at the time when Setsuna was about to speak to him.
"I'm glad," Setsuna spoke in relief while carrying that wonderful smile. "You're just like I imagined you'd be. N-Nice to meet you. I...um...I'm Shimazaki Yuna. Souta-san...is that you're real name?"
"...Umm...ah," Souta would slowly nod. Trying to keep himself together, he began to slap both of his cheeks a little, making Setsuna show a curious expression. "...Umm...sorry... It's just..."
Souta tried to get his words out. He cringed a little because he was stuttering like an awkward guy who never had a conversation with a girl. And he had conversations with plenty.
"...Sorry, but, my name is rather boring honestly," Souta made a contrite expression while putting one of his hands to the back of his neck.
"N-N-No, that's not true," Setsuna reassured. She raised her left hand a little, swaying it. She still held that reminiscent smile with closed eyes and a tilted head. "I...um...simple things make me feel the most comfortable."
"...U...Umm," Souta slowly nodded, this time blushing a little. "Well then," He would raise his left hand towards Setsuna who looked at it with a surprised expression. "Shall we get going?"
And then, Setsuna would smile at the offer, beaming with joy. "...Hmm, let's get going."
Souta would hold Setsuna's hand gently but firmly. A part of his heart felt like it was telling him something. Do not let go of her again. But why? He didn't know why at the time. But he felt that something had changed for him. A new chapter had opened up in his life. Somehow, meeting this young woman felt different for him. And he never let go of that hand.
He recalled having a few conversations with her as they headed to the convention. Once they were there, they would see various activities being conducted. There were professionals doing rock climbing. News reporters were reporting live on the event. Some Japanese merchandise was on sale from the side. Everything was a little lively. At some point, Souta and Setsuna were checking the place out, including the guest list for the Megalosphere talk show.
And it just so happens to be right in front of them, spotting Producer Toshiro Maeda, Artist Takatsu Sakaki, Voice Actress Sakura Nakahara, and one other person from the table. This was about the Eternal Wars Megalosphere: Creating the Future from a Melody social game franchise. As much as they wanted to go near them, the problem was the large crowd that made it hard to get past. Setsuna could not see any of the people she was looking for anymore due to the growing crowd and resorted to jumping, but it was of little success.
Souta on his part would spot a few catwalks that they may be able to use. Better than nothing, he thought.
After dragging Setsuna by the sleeve, they both head towards the top floor, checking the door on whether or not the coast is clear. Then he and Setsuna would begin to walk at the catwalks, spotting the aforementioned people from below.
"See, we can see it from here," Souta pointed towards the ground with a smile.
"Oh, look!" Setsuna could not help but get excited. She puts both of her hands on the top rail and looks at the main artist drawing an image from the tablet device. "He's doing a live drawing!"
"Ah! You're right!" Souta exclaimed with the same eagerness.
"Wow!" Setsuna exclaimed. Her elation was virtually uncontainable as her posture would then lean a little too close to the edge of the top rail in a bending-like fashion. "How can he draw so well without doing a rough sketch...?"
However...
"Ah!"
Setsuna teetered over too much on the top rail and began to slip so suddenly. Time seemed to stop for Souta. His heart felt like stopping. A horrified expression was seen on his face.
"Careful!" Souta exclaims.
His reflexes were quick on the draw. He grabs Setsuna by her purse but can still pull her up with ease. She does lose her glasses though. It would send them tumbling to the floor of the catwalk. As they lay there, the two, with labored breaths, tried to calm their hearts down after they experienced a near accident. Then they ended up facing each other.
"Hmmm..."
"Hehehe..."
And both of them ended up laughing as a result.
"I'm glad. It would have been really bad if you fell!" Souta said after he stopped laughing.
"Amazing." Setsuna made an elated face.
"―What is?" Souta showed a peculiar face.
"―This is an adventure. An adventure isn't it?" Setsuna answered simply. Her smile was so uncontainable that if it were not for her position, she would jump as if she never experienced tumbling near death.
"..."
Souta would think about it. An adventure. By definition, it refers to an unusual and exciting, typically hazardous, experience or activity. Souta smiled a little. He agreed wholeheartedly. Though, he felt that what they were currently doing was sort of illegal. They had probably needed to get out of there before security came to check on this catwalk.
"But...we should probably get going. We'll be in trouble if they find us," Souta suggested.
"T-That's true," Setsuna's once excited expression turns into one of concern. But just as she tried to get up, she would instantly become a bit dizzy in her body movement before she inevitably fell again. This time, Souta was ready to catch her immediately. Always catch her, a thought came to his mind again. He was concerned about all of these thoughts. But right now, he was more focused on Setsuna and checking on whether she was alright.
"Are you okay?" Souta asked in concern.
"Ah, sorry," Setsuna said, sporting a contrite expression. "Without my glasses, I can't see perfectly."
"Is that so," Souta muttered in concern, before having a quick flash of thought as he said. "Then use mine."
"Usually they wouldn't fit," Setsuna said with a smile and soft laughter, raising her hands as she delicately removed the temple of the glasses from Sota's ears and placed it to her own. "How do I look?" she would say, sporting a light blush on her face.
"...Beautiful," Souta spoke after a few moments of not saying anything. His words came from the bottom of his heart. And that answer would make Setsuna blush a little and make an embarrassed side glance.
And that moment, that very first time, was the beautiful memory that Souta remembered.
This is my new story. As I explained before, I named her after a star. This will probably be the last one. I hope this girl will be loved...
And another memory, shorter than the last, came to his mind.
Yes, he recalled being surprised just when he came home to find Setsuna with a sleeping young child on her lap. The child had fair white skin and long white hair before it eventually shortened to reveal normal black hair. She was wearing a short variation of a Spanish-style double-breasted coat that wouldn't be out of place in a cosplay convention. She had a dark navy blue military hat that was somewhere nearby, not being worn at the moment. Setsuna was caressing the child's hair with a maternal smile and a touch of delicate gentleness, wanting the child to sleep a little longer.
Yes, that one time when he met his beloved daughter. The one named after a star. Altair. Nowadays, he and Setsuna call her Aya, a very meaningful. The meaning of a sword, which Aya has such skill and power to draw from. She is wonderful, colorful, amazing, design, miracle, and every positive quality associated with such a name complements the meaning of her real name Altair which is seen in the night sky. For she was the brightest star for both Souta and Setsuna.
To provide a brief explanation, Aya was what is called a Creation. A Creation was something that came from the realm of fiction. The world that Souta and Setsuna lived in was a world where every human could create fiction and make it real. A special kind of gift. Aya was someone that he and Setsuna had started to create together, basing it on the character Shirotsumekusa from Eternal Wars Megalosphere.
There were a few hurdles that happened, but they still managed to pull through. Never would they imagine that the one fictional character that they created together would end up as their beloved daughter to take care of. And Souta could never have been happier for it.
And...
"Papa! Papa!" Aya would run and jump with a beautiful smile. She would wave at Souta who was trying his best to catch her. "Catch me if you can, papa!"
And that was a recent memory. It was one of the last moments that Souta had with Setsuna and Aya before...
...Before he ended up here.
Well, then...
Goodbye...
Goodbye?!
What did that mean?!
He did not like that tone of finality. His heart was beating so fast. He could see Setsuna who looked like she was in a daze. The train was coming closer. And she looked like she was about to free fall from the tracks.
"...No!"
Souta, looking horrified, would raise his other hand towards the miraging image of Setsuna who seemed like she was about to... ...commit suicide.
"...No!"
But amid this aching memory...
"-pai! Senpai! Oi!"
Souta would snap out of his daze and look up to find George Kurai and a raised cell phone showing Amadeus. Both of them were showing concern on their faces. Souta was surprised. He would look around and see the growing crowd with bewildered and muttering expressions.
What... happened...?
Souta didn't know what had just happened. But he can feel tears tumbling down his cheeks. The memory that he had just seen. It felt... It felt so real... Souta didn't know what to make of this memory. It was unnatural. It was like... It was like seeing a time that never happened...
What was going on here...?
"...We can't stay here," George would say with a lightly stressed expression before putting his right hand towards Souta's shoulder.
In the next second, much to the surprise of the crowd, they disappeared through a clock-like portal.
Somewhere in the crowd of people who looked surprised at the two disappeared young men, there was a Mysterious Man with black hair with clear blue sky eyes. He was wearing a beige trenchcoat and office attire, with a dark blue necktie and black suit with a white collar shirt. He was also wearing a white fedora hat.
"...Well, finally," He muttered. "Took you long enough to come to this world... Kamen Riders."
His blue eyes flashed with a kind of static lightning. At one moment, he was there. In the next, he disappeared, with an unseen bluish lightning.

"...Here, senpai."
Right now, it was early in the morning. The two Kamen Riders and Amadeus were hiding somewhere in an abandoned warehouse located near Tokyo Harbor. Before George decided to look for Souta, he had been trying to find a way to have an unofficial safe house just in case. Somewhere a little more private and less obvious, especially in light of what George had found out not too long ago with the help of Amadeus before he managed to locate and find Souta. This warehouse and other surrounding warehouses that have been commonly abandoned were once used by the second-richest conglomerate of Japan. No advanced security cameras and other recording devices nearby that would catch on to their conversation.
George Kurai, sporting a serious but empathetic expression would begin to hand Souta a Coca-Cola soda can that he got from a vending machine.
"...Arigatou."
Souta spoke softly while leaning towards a nearby wall, still recovering from what he had just seen. He would take the drink that George offered. He opens the can and drinks the contents. It helped him to calm down at least, after what had just recently happened. As he drank through the can, he began to breathe a sigh before looking at a floating cellphone that showed Amadeus. One of the functions of George's cellphone included the ability to hover by itself when needed. It was all a matter of convenience.
"Amadeus, George, just... first things first... just what is going on here... and how did you find me exactly...?" Souta asks with a concerned expression. He asked the question because ever since he got to this world, his higher senses were limited to a degree. It was not just the fact that he could no longer sense worlds beyond this strange world, but it was because he could no longer sense the presence of any Kamen Rider. At first, Souta naturally assumed that he was the only Kamen Rider around, but with George here in the same world as him, he would need to reconsider such a conclusion.
Both George and Amadeus would begin to look at each other before turning back to Souta.
"You could thank Amadeus for helping me to find you much quicker," George explained.
"...And well," Amadeus would speak in turn.
And so, George and Amadeus would begin to explain to him what they had discovered. A long exposition. The obvious part was that they were currently in another universe, though that wasn't a surprise to them as they had been to alternate universes before. This universe, the one that they are currently located in, appeared to be a mixture of histories from the people that they knew. They aren't surprised by this trivia either since they can recall most of their fellow Kamen Riders living in such universes. Souta and George lived in two different universes. The one that is being referred to in the discussion is a type of universe that is called convergence universes.
But what did that mean?
Well, take for example an individual by the name of Dr. Kurisu Makise, who everyone in this discussion knew as the wife of one Dr. Rintaro Okabe. People would call her Makise instead of Okabe since she and her husband were both neuroscientists that have the same surname "Okabe" and it would confuse a lot of people at some point. Thus, it came to this compromise.
In another universe, Kurisu was one of the foremost brilliant neuroscientists at the Brain Science Institute at Viktor Chondria University. Already at a young age, she was quite intelligent, having graduated college when she was only 14 and had since then been working as a researcher at Viktor Chondria University. Amadeus 2.0., even when she had been personally invented by Dr. Rintaro Okabe, she still also owes her existence to Kurisu as it was from her data that contains her memories and personality that form the person and being of Amadeus 2.0.
But, in this strange world, she exists, along with other familiar things that they know of. Amadeus had searched important names, organizations, and places to familiarize just where they currently are. And as Amadeus searched, she found them, and they were all familiar with them in one universe or another.
Locations like Academy City, Itogami Island, the Sakurada Kingdom, Miami City, and other places are confirmed to exist. That would explain why Japan and the rest of the world are a lot bigger compared to Souta's universe and George's universe when Amadeus had accessed the upgraded Google Map function app.
Organizations such as BABEL, NERV, SONG, Ratatoskr, and others exist, which made Souta pay close attention. If they exist here, then the logical conclusion is that it is possible that the threats that they fight also exist in this reality.
Famous names like the popular pop star idol and actress, Yoko Okino, exist, and from some of the interview videos that Amadeus found online, Yoko's number 1 fan among the crowd, Kogoro Mouri, a famous detective with the alias of "Sleeping Kogoro", was seen talking to her. That was a noted difference that they noticed as the Kogoro they knew had the alias of "Standing Kogoro" instead.
Speaking of online videos, there are a few videos that recorded someone by the name of Squid Girl, a young humanoid girl with blue cephalopod tentacles for hair, who claims to want to conquer the world as revenge for polluting the ocean, though nobody takes her seriously and she's more comedic than deadly if anything.
And then there are the names of important individuals such as Toshiyuki Sawada, the company president of Exoskeleton Development Co., Ltd., a company that provides HUG power-assisted suits, which they invented and sell to the general public.
And there are even names of famous superheroes such as the Freezing Squadron Gelato 5 (which in this timeline were based or inspired by the Super Sentai) who now and then are tasked to fight the Secret Society Gekko, a self-proclaimed secret evil organization that seeks world domination. Though similar to Squid Girl, they aren't taken seriously as an actual threat as despite the fighting, Gekko never really had a track record of harming or even killing innocent people. If anything, the conflict between Gelato 5 and Gekko felt like two company rivals trying to compete against each other.
"That's a lot of people, places, and organizations that we know in different universes all gathered here. Not only that, but it appears that heroes like the Super Sentai and Kamen Rider don't exist here and are considered fiction." Souta finally spoke as he put his right hand to his chin. He made a thoughtful expression, with his eyebrows knitting. "Though what concerned me the most is really..."
"ExoCo, CERN, and other organizations exist in this timeline," Amadeus muttered with a grim expression. "Many of them may have different names from the ones we know in my reality, but nevertheless, the fact that they even exist here at all would lead me to advise precautionary methods to be applied."
"Yeah...for we all know, "they" could have set up shop here. Either way, we can't know for sure, but better to be safe than sorry," George grimly added.
"Hmm," Souta nodded in agreement.
Who is "they" that George was referring to?
Well, it referred to a secret society, organization, and government that pulls the strings across several worlds, Amadeus' reality included first and foremost. Their goals and plans are manifold. Their ambitions knew no bounds. All of them are in line with their terrifying concept of a "New World Order". For some, it's merely a conspiracy theory. But for George and Souta and for everyone who knew or are aware of this Organization, it was something of a goal that they tried to oppose with all of their might.
"In any case, our main concern right now is how I even managed to find you, Mizushino-kun, which is through the use of this app that I had recently obtained," Amadeus explained grimly. She would begin to show what appeared to be a tracking map that showed Earth... the Super-Earth of this strange world... ...and it has at least twenty-two Kamen Rider face icon images seen on the map, and all of them are confirmed to be somewhere within the general location of Japan.
"Hmm, wait, those two icons," Souta pointed towards the Kamen Rider face icons showing Kamen Rider Decade and Kamen Rider Zi-O. "That's us, isn't it."
"Yes," Amadeus nodded. "And the other icons would indicate all of the other Kamen Riders that are currently in the same reality as we are."
"From Kuuga all the way to Build + RX-senpai," Souta muttered. "But wait, how did you get all of this info? Considering I and George are "artificially limited" when it comes to sensing stuff from now on, actually finding the other Riders in an app of places seems pretty unlikely. And what that is app called anyway?"
"Kamen Rider Battride Hack," Amadeus said while the title of the app was seen from the holographic projection. "I tried searching for this app in any available information database that I can find in this world, but it appears that... it doesn't even exist... And when I tried to trace the app back to where it originally came from, all I had on my screen was this."
404 Not Found.
"...You're kidding me...an error?" Souta muttered with a concerned tone.
"That's what I thought too," George spoke in turn. His grim expression never left him. "When I first noticed the app, I assisted Amadeus in trying to find the source behind the app. I even used my powers as Zi-O. No such luck," George shakes his head. "Whoever sent this app seems to have a form of temporal protection barrier or is so disconnected from the normal reality that prevents even me from accessing its primary source code."
"Then we don't even know if the one who sent this is either an ally or an enemy then," Souta narrowed his eyes a little.
"If it's an enemy, that begs the question as to why they would even send this app in the first place. Is it to lure all of us together for some reason? Take all of us out at the same time? Or another reason besides that? And if it's an ally, then who? We just got to this world and we barely even know anybody here despite the familiar faces. Unless of course, we're talking about something of a temporal triviality when said ally is actually from a future that hasn't happened yet and we haven't met them yet. There are too many hypothetical conclusions at this point to consider since we don't have much to go on," George spoke thoughtfully while putting his right hand to his chin.
Beep. Beep. Beep.
"Wait, hold on," Amadeus spoke as the beeping sound alerted the two Kamen Riders. "It appears that there is a new message that is sent on this app."
"Put it on screen," Souta muttered.
And so, Amadeus would put the message on the screen for the Kamen Riders to read:
Good day to you, Kamen Riders. Welcome to the Strange New World, as I like to call it, and thus, it would provide you with an alias relating to the world where you are currently trapped right now. Despite all of your power to travel through time, dimensions, and universes, you cannot escape this strange world. Something or someone is preventing you from exiting this locality. Just to let you know, I am not responsible for your current predicament, though I am aware of it. And it's not just me. Your arrival has already been anticipated for quite some time by some people who are native to this reality, though not all of them necessarily have the full context and details regarding your arrival.
"...Hmm, so some people in this world already knew somewhat of our situation," Souta muttered.
Now, you probably noticed that things are not as it seems around here. On closer inspection, the current world you both landed on appeared on the surface to be Night Baron's Earth, or DCMK Universe-Prime as organizations like the MCR call it, the universe where most of your fellow Riders live. A bunch of people, events, and history are all seemingly present and intertwining here in this strange world in the same sense as Baron's Earth. However, there is a literal difference between them. For starters, take one example, Baron's Earth doesn't have a version of Kurisu Makise, and yet in the strange world, there is. I can tell you that she experienced a similar or common history to the Kurisu Makise that Amadeus 2.0. comes from. By extension, a version of history from Amadeus' reality would correlate in similar or different points to this strange world, and with that, comes the inevitable existence of the secret Organization that plagues Amadeus' reality, thus caution is strictly advisable.
"So the Organization does exist here then in some form," George muttered.
This strange world is made out of elements from several world clusters. One of them is DCMK Universe-Prime and its entire interdimensional sector which had been perfectly replicated in the strange world, but other elements were "removed". As you can tell, President Allan Trumbull is not the president, but someone else.
As the message is being scrolled down by Amadeus, there is an image of a large man with a muscular physique. He had swarthy-skin, indicating that he is Hispanic. His hair was swept and accompanied by his thick chin curtain beard.
"...So in this world, President Roberto Katze is the POTUS. Isn't he the current president of Kamijou-senpai's Earth?" George muttered.
"Yeah, he is. Though if he is the president in this timeline, then what happened to President Trumball?" Souta thought.
"According to what I could find," Amadeus explains while bringing up some screens showing images of President Trumball and other information. "It appears that he is a fictional character in this reality, coming from an action thriller film series called Has Fallen. The same explanation relating to President Trumball can also be for former presidents such as President Benjamin Asher, President Jack Ryan, and President James Marshall. They are also fiction, with President Asher being part of the same film series as President Trumball."
"Hmm, the message did say that other elements were "removed". I suppose that at least meant that some things in Baron's Earth would be fiction in this world," Souta thought.
"The same logical conclusion appears to apply to superheroes and other individuals that we know of," Amadeus would show images of people that the Kamen Riders would recognize. Images of Spider-Man, Captain America, Dr. Strange, Superman, Batman, John Constantine, and other individuals are all considered fiction as well. "Though I find this trivia rather unsurprising personally since they are also fiction in my reality."
"...Oh, so it's the same as my world then since they are considered fiction. Amadeus, what about the Doctor?" Souta asks.
"Considered as a fictional character as well," Amadeus responded as she brought up sites relating to the character of the Doctor. "The Doctor is considered in this world to be a fictional title character from the long-running BBC science fiction television programme Doctor Who which began on November 23, 1963."
"Doctor Who?" George shakes his head a little. "You know, even when I've heard of that same phrase a few times, I still cannot get over how a little on the nose that phrase is, and I'm saying this as someone who comes from an Earth where the Doctor is a fictional character."
"Hmm, last I recalled, didn't the Doctor once tell us that he had been through other worlds where he was a fictional character?" Souta asks.
"Yeah," George nodded. "He even showed us the photos of his secret visits to Doctor Who conventions where he cosplayed as himself."
"That was rather funny in hindsight, yeah," Souta nodded with a smile.
Aside from that, all of the Kamen Riders are to keep in mind that most of you, the moment you ended up here, had inadvertently replaced the counterparts of this strange world. The only possible exceptions to the rule are Decade and Zi-O due to reasons I cannot disclose at this time. However, just because there are no known counterparts for Decade and Zi-O does not mean there are none.
"...Huh," Both George and Souta would look at each other with concerned expressions. They continued reading.
The Kamen Riders who would inadvertently replace their counterparts may find themselves in a complicated situation where they would encounter different individuals that they may or may not know. One must keep in mind that not all counterparts are either morally sound or generally well liked. Some are quite disliked. Some are outright hated. Some are capable of committing a specific set of actions that the Kamen Riders themselves would not even take or think of as an option.
"...Okay, what are the odds that one of these counterparts is actually evil or is related to the phenomenon of the strange world in some way?" Souta made a heavy sigh before uttering with a deadpanned, exasperated tone.
"That may be one possibility that we should consider, senpai," George nodded.
"I honestly really hope it's not another Dark Decade situation," Souta muttered. His voice could not help but exasperate. "I've already fought one Dark Decade a few times before this and I hope that if there is another me in this timeline, he wouldn't be evil and Dark Decade."
"One can only hope... based on our luck," George muttered with a little depressive thought.
The SCP Foundation also does not exist in this strange world, so do not expect much help from them in particular at this time.
"Well, obviously that was the case, otherwise, we wouldn't even be having this problem of not making contact with the wider multiverse in the first place," Souta rolled his eyes a little.
And in case you noticed, you still have your powers and equipment with you as Kamen Riders. So you all do not have to worry about not being able to transform.
In response to that, George would summon his Ziku-Driver which materializes on his waist, forming a belt, while Souta would grab hold of his NeoDecadriver that he took from his pocket. And of course, they can still sense their vehicles and equipment in their interdimensional storage and can summon them when needed. George would dematerialised his Ziku-Driver while Souta would put his NeoDecadriver back into his pocket.
Now, regarding your first assigned task, you need to meet up with all of your fellow Kamen Riders. I have taken the liberty of providing you with this app, and through this app, act as your guide relating to the strange world. You must all reunite. Dark forces that you have all fought in the past are currently here in this reality. There may come a time when you need to transform in order to protect the people of this world. Once that happens, expect all eyes of this world to be turned on you. From gods and demons, from those beyond the stars, from those who come from other dimensions and timelines of this world, they will take interest in you. Whether you like it or not...
...Be mindful, in life, there is a difference between a game over and a continue.
I wish you well.
And that was the end of the message. Souta, George, and Amadeus were sporting contemplative and thoughtful expressions.
"A game over and a continue..." George muttered. "...You don't think."
"I suppose we at least have a hint on who sent this strange app that Amadeus obtained. If it is who I think it is, then I wonder why he didn't just show himself to us and the rest of the Riders," Souta sported a look of concern.
"Maybe it relates to something about this world that we still have yet to find out. Regardless, our next course of action should be to meet up with the others. Though who do we choose to go to first? Because, depending on the Rider and the life that he unintentionally took, an encounter may end up being bad or worse, especially if troubling reactions come to the locals who knew of the strange world counterparts," George sported a look of concern.
"Well, I believe that we should probably save RX-senpai for last," Souta suggested. "Considering that out of all of us, if he did unintentionally replace his counterpart, he's at a much riskier position because this world's Spirits or the organization Ratatoskr may notice something off."
"And there's also the DEM, which exists in this reality," George grimly explained.
While hacking through various servers and security databases, Amadeus had managed to confirm, much to the unfortunate sigh of the Kamen Riders, that the Spirits, Ratatoskr, and DEM exist in this timeline.
Who exactly are they?
To give a brief rundown, Spirits are extraordinary beings who for the most part were once human beings who had been given extraordinary power, perhaps a little too much as one of them is considered a planetary-level threat. The First Spirit, Mio Takamiya, was responsible for their creation as part of a decades-long plan to revive her long-lost loved one. Ratatoskr would be an organization created to save the Spirits without the need to kill them via peaceful means. And by peaceful means, it meant that there would be a specific person who needed to date the Spirits and make them fall in love with said person. That person of course would be Shidou Itsuka. And as for Deus Ex Machina (DEM) Industries, a conglomerate based in England that manufactures and sales specific technology, supplying them to the world's militaries and police forces, including specific special units within the world's militaries whose primary task is to hunt down and kill the Spirits due to the threat that they pose.
Now, with that information, how would these be reconciled with this strange world? Because Spirits, as much as the Kamen Riders could find out, are not the only non-humans running around. Other supernatural and extraterrestrial beings live on this world alone that may be problematic enough to reconcile with the history of the Spirits. Unless of course, the Spirits of this strange world tend to be isolated but secretive cases which may prove plausible.
Amadeus had already confirmed that there was the least if almost non-existent spacequake activity in this world. Life continued as normal for most of this Earth. Whatever incidents occur are usually confined to just Tenguu City, one of the cities near Tokyo in this reality. The First Spacequake event which occurred on this Earth around thirty years prior that would have originally threatened to destroy Eurasia was thankfully contained by NERV and other organizations who had detected the temporal disturbance. Other spacequake incidents occurred, but they were all admittedly small-scale compared to the first one.
The actual problem that the Kamen Riders would need to think about is the DEM. If the CEO of that place is anything like the one that they knew, then all the more reason why the Kamen Riders needed to be very careful when handling this delicate situation.
It was rather fortunate that Amadeus would hack through all of the security cameras and other recording devices nearby without anyone noticing, deleting all traces of the Kamen Riders' existence so that their identities would still be a well-guarded secret, at least for the time being. But the Kamen Riders couldn't count on this tactic being a sure thing forever. For all they knew, DEM may be watching at some point, so they still need to be careful.
"So yeah, he's the last person that we would need to pay a visit to so that the CEO of the DEM won't get tipped off," Souta said before sporting a mused expression. "Though...if I'm not mistaken, since the two of us can still access our Rider powers, weapons, equipment, and vehicles, aren't Ridoron and Acrobatter with him right now?"
"Oh right... So it's not like senpai is all alone..." George muttered with a thoughtful expression. "Nevertheless, we should probably try to call him later and explain our general situation."
"Plus, he is a Time War veteran, so compared to most of us, he'll adapt pretty easily to this situation," Souta proposed.
"That is true," George nodded. "So it's decided, we'll visit RX-senpai last, maybe giving him a call later, what about the others?"
"May I make a suggestion," Amadeus interjected with a smile. She would bring up files relating to the organization NERV. But it was not just the files that were available to the public that Amadeus brought up.
There were other files and classified info that normally the Kamen Riders shouldn't be able to view. The thing about Amadeus is that she can hack through any security system, even if they are rather advanced and locked, and she would get in and gather the available data. From one point of view, this would be considered an illegal act and those responsible for stealing classified files would be sentenced to life imprisonment or worse. Good thing Amadeus is quite careful as well as precise.
"One of the Kamen Riders that we may need to meet at some point is Kamen Rider Kabuto, Tendou Shinji-kun," Amadeus said while bringing up the file of Shinji Tendou and everything related to him. "In this reality, the father of Tendou-kun's counterpart, Ikari Gendo, is known to be the Director of NERV along with holding the title of general. NERV is considered to be a peacekeeping, law enforcement, and counter-terrorism agency sanctioned by the United Nations. Officially, it was established for global, extraterrestrial, and extra-dimensional security."
"So it's the Blackwatch, the SHIELD, or the UNIT of this reality then," Souta spoke while making comparisons. "Plus, NERV probably has a lot of connections and resources, so if there is anyone who can help us find a way to make contact from outside this reality, it would be NERV most likely."
"Then again, we still have to consider the possibility that NERV may be just as compromised as any other organization... Considering the Organization exists here in some form... Except," George showed a concerned expression while looking at Amadeus. "I can guess that this is less about NERV and more about the Director in particular."
"And then there is the question of whether or not we even trust him about our predicament?" Souta asks. "Remember, this world may contain familiar faces, but their personalities and history may be different from the ones we know. And well, who's to say that this Gendo would be similar to the Gendo that Tendou had to deal with."
"While the concerns are valid, I may have grounded reasons to believe that this version of Gendo Ikari may in fact be a very different individual compared to the one we know."
Amadeus explained while bringing up the image of a woman on the screen. She had brown hair and brown eyes. She wore a lab coat and a light pink collared shirt. She also wore a dark blue long skirt and black shoes.
"Dr. Ikari Yui, alive and well in this timeline, now somewhere in her late thirties. In the past, she has contributed much to various scientific fields such as bioengineering, nanotechnology, and artificial intelligence, and is a great figure in the scientific community. She is also considered to be a public upholder and supporter of esper rights, and it is because of that, she was sometimes criticized by some conservative politicians and personalities. She had even once been targeted and held hostage by an extremist terrorist organization called the Normal People. Thankfully, she was saved by BABEL's ESPer Special Team: The Children and the situation was resolved without any incident."
"Then if she's here, there is a probability that this world's Gendo may have different motivations. Even if there is a risk, we should at least consider it," Souta said.
"Aside from Kabuto-senpai, I figured that the less risky encounter would be Kamen Rider Gaim, Morisato Keiichi-senpai," George nodded.
"Oh, now that you mentioned it," Souta showed a look of epiphany. "If Keiichi-san did replace his counterpart, and if his counterpart lived a similar life, then we could possibly encounter the Norn Goddesses and provide any form of assistance that is possible. "
"I do worry of this world's Belldandy's reaction though," George would bring up a certain goddess that has an important and close relationship with Keiichi. "I don't think she would take it too well that her Keiichi got replaced by someone else."
"...Oh, right," Souta winced a little. "One could expect a typhoon to suddenly appear and come down to rain on our heads... Belldandy is actually pretty scary when she's either angry or upset. On the bright side, even with that scenario, there are still the two goddesses that could help in calming her down."
"Yes, there is that," George agreed.
"So possible important personages that could help us with our predicament are on Kabuto's side and Gaim's side. Regarding RX's side, he has to deal with not getting caught by any one of the Spirits or god forbid Wescott. So what about the others?" Souta said with a concerned expression.
"Well, we already know that Saotome-senpai and Hibiki-senpai are gonna end up in trouble or stumble into trouble in this world. It's only a matter of time before they draw any public attention." George explained.
"Yeah, out of all of the Riders, those two tend to stumble into a lot of trouble, sometimes to the point of unnecessary," Souta shakes his head.
"Don't let them hear you say that, senpai," George smiled a little before his expression turned serious. "And well, regarding the other Riders, it depends really on who's the counterpart that the Rider replaced and who are the people that the counterpart knows. And well..." George's expression made an exasperated one, with his arms placed on his waist, and making a heavy sigh. "...I loathe to bring this up, but we should consider a harem problem with some of them."
Souta and Amadeus knew what George was talking about and Souta would grimace in response. There was a running joke among the Successor Generation Kamen Riders that people tend to also call them the Harem Generation Kamen Riders. Long story, and it started with a certain American that has since become a popular term to use. Relating to the title, as can be expected, the Riders did have a fair share of women's problems. It is possible that their counterparts may suffer similar problems when it comes to women. No matter how ridiculous this line of thought was, they need to consider this grueling factor as their enemies may take advantage of this problem.
"...Unfortunately, I would have to agree," Amadeus would say, but her smile and body expression seemed to imply her amusement regarding the specific topic being brought up. "Said problems are apparent already with Itsuka-kun since he's dealing with the Spirits of his world."
"Don't remind us," Souta grew exasperated. "We just recently finished dealing with the Spirits Crisis in Itsuka-senpai's world, I don't think any of us would want a repeat of that event in this world in some form."
"On a more useful note..."
George would raise a Ridewatch showing the image of a young woman with very long, dark-purple hair and indigo eyes. Her hair is tied back using a butterfly-shaped hair accessory. The color of the watch was dark purple and had a slot that would be able to insert other Ridewatches. This was known as the Tohka Yatogami Ridewatch, a watch that George as Zi-O can use the powers and abilities, as well as the entire history of Tokha Yatogami. He obtained this Ridewatch during the Spirits Crisis event.
"...Worst comes to worst, I can use the powers of the Spirits which would provide a suitable counter," George explained with a serious tone.
"Good idea," Souta nodded.

01 THE WORLD LAYERS First theme Anonymous;Code Soundtrack
Beep. Beep. Beep.
Both Souta and George would be surprised as yet another beeping sound erupted.
"Wait, hold on!" Amadeus sported a surprised expression as the phrase "EMERGENCY CODE 23266 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED" was seen on the holographic screen. "I'm getting a transtemporal signal and it's...coming from outside this reality!"
"What?!" Both Souta and George would say with an exclaimed surprise, like a new revelation had suddenly made itself known to them, an impossible revelation.
The phrase would clear, revealing static before it slowly dispersed as a figure would be seen from the now-playing video.
"In the beginning... when God created the heavens and the earth..."
The figure's face would turn to the side as his brown piercing irises bore a hint of seriousness.
It was a man somewhere in his late forties. From the way he dresses, he appears to be a scientist due to the white lab coat which also has a pen attached to his upper right pocket. He also wore a dark black suit along with a dark green collar shirt. He has a square jaw and bony cheeks, and they could see a few little hairs sprouting, forming a small amount of stubble around his chin. He had short black hair swept back. He wore black socks and black leather shoes.
"If you're getting this message through Amadeus 2.0, Kamen Riders, then it means that the telegraphic sequence worked perfectly, and thus, Operation Logos would finally begin. We have finally managed to connect to this World of the Gods."
"Okabe!" Amadeus's expression turns to one of shock, not expecting this turn of events.
The same could be said for the Kamen Riders who did not expect Dr. Rintaro Okabe himself to be able to make contact with them from somewhere outside the strange world... which by all rights would be impossible. But then, this is the same man who had done the impossible and made it possible.
"Listen well, all of you, for I do not have much time as I can only send this one D-Dmail message at the specific moment of your arrival as the boundaries between worlds at that point would have been temporarily weakened. As I stated before, Operation Logos has been enacted. It's a secret operation conducted and headed secretly by myself, by John Connor, and by the Doctor."
When Okabe mentioned the names, it made the Kamen Riders and Amadeus pay close attention.
"I have to warn all of you, right here, right now. You are all at the heart of enemy territory. The Organization has its tentacles everywhere in the current reality you are occupying. The basic gist is this. They're trying to play god... by creating and molding this world according to their liking."
"...!" Everyone was shocked.
Did they make this world? The Organization?
"It was something that I had feared for a very long time, and now it is finally coming into reality. The Organization had created an entirely new world, an entirely new environment, all gathered from various sources that intertwined, molding the essence of its very own complex structure of what and how the universe could and should be maintained, governed, and ruled. Everything, and I mean everything, falls under their purview and machinations. Free will is utterly meaningless in this world. Everything is calculated. Everything is controlled. All victories and defeats were all parts of a single plan. Whether you choose the side of anyone is of little consequence. The worst part in all of this is that the inhabitants of this world are for the most part unaware of just how far and how deep the control that the Organization holds. Only a few people of this world knew of this secret."
The last part was something that the Kamen Riders and Amadeus would pay close attention to. Only a few people knew of the secret behind this world. It was a similar phrase to the last message that came from the app. A few people are already aware of their arrival. There was a distinct parallel that they took note of. Was that supposed to be a hint from two different sources that all spoke of the same theme?
It probably was. At least, that's what they all thought.
"At the same time that this D-Dmail is sent, two individuals chosen by the three of us have been specifically selected to prepare for your arrival upon this world. The method of your arrival was something of a temporal tweak that the Doctor took advantage of. All he had to do was fix the TARDIS into working condition and track down the causal link that temporarily allowed the relaxation of the boundaries and sent you here in the first place. With them acting as our agents, their task is to not only prepare for your arrival, but to infiltrate this world, gather all available information and resources, provide a few contacts native to this world whom he can trust, and prepare a specific device that would allow for a transtemporal subwave network that would bring the Doctor's TARDIS into the world you are currently trapped in, and with that, myself and a few others would be coming as well."
"The Doctor's coming here?" Souta widened his eyes a little, looking at George.
"Apparently so, along with Dr. Okabe and a few other people," George spoke. He showed a surprised but thoughtful expression. He and Souta would look back to the video.
"But, that is not the only step that we can take nor can it be said to be an automatic victory. The Doctor knew that once his TARDIS would enter the World of the Gods, we would share the same fate as yours. The TARDIS at that point can no longer access other worlds that are beyond the World of the Gods, cut off from accessing the Time Vortex entirely. Hence, we all knew that this was a one-way trip that we wouldn't make it back from. But I am willing to take this risk, first and foremost for the sake of my family and friends back in my reality. Connor shares similar sentiments as myself and knows the risks too. We all knew the risks, but we knew that this must be done."
Souta, George, and Amadeus would sport worried expressions. They continued listening further.
"Our two agents on the ground will begin to contact all of you when the time is right. While you do what you have to do, I would need to mention something that had been brought to my attention by the Doctor. I am generally aware of a new app that Amadeus 2.0 would receive at the same time this mail has been sent to you all. While the app provides multiple functions, some of which involve the manipulation of time without any worry of temporal paradoxes or preventing the Organization from finding you out so quickly, all workable via the Save and Load function, I would strictly advise you all to use the app responsibly, and of course, I'm addressing this most especially to the current user of Amadeus 2.0, the most responsible among the Kamen Riders would be George Kurai—Kamen Rider Zi-O."
Souta and Amadeus would look at George while the latter would pay attention. Okabe would smile a little from the video, showing his subtle approval for George, before his expression turned serious.
"I was not wrong in entrusting Amadeus 2.0 to you, George. And to offer yet another sentiment of my trust, I should tell you something that is of utmost importance. The World of the Gods, the reason why it was created by the Organization for one single purpose that connected multiple threads. It relates to your old enemy from long ago."
George widened his eyes a little. Souta and Amadeus would also share a similar reaction.
How does one describe the look in their eyes? Recognition? Terror? They could not begin to fathom the bubbling emotions that they would all experience.
"This artificially constructed world would act as a beacon to draw his forces out. The Organization is deliberately luring the Bewitchers in by bringing in elements from thousands of worlds where the presence of a magical girl was seen, and that most especially includes the Seven Worlds of Light and Hope. Already his dark servants, the Bewitchers, denizens of the 666 World, are making their presence felt, so do not be surprised whether you will eventually encounter them in the World of the Gods. Everything that had happened to you has been leading up to this. When you were still gathering the powers and histories of all of the PreCure, when you were still getting involved with the Spirits Crisis, they were but the first two steps. This is step number three."
Okabe continued.
"All of you, Kamen Riders, must be unified. Fighting separately in your current predicament is not an option. You will encounter familiar people and similar events, but be on guard. No one is who they seem to be in this world. You may all be tried severely for the coming days ahead while awaiting for the help to come, but don't worry, know that we are coming for all of you, that I can promise... In my name..."
And then, Okabe would begin to pose like a madman. His arms raised and swayed, and he exclaimed with a confident and boisterous tone.
"...as Hououin Kyouma! El. Psy. Kongroo."
As he said that last part with a serious expression in his eyes and with a softer tone, the video suddenly turned static before it faded away, leaving Souta, George, and Amadeus to ponder what had just happened.
"...Hmm."
George would clench his fists. His eyes would shine a little bright, with a hint of gold that was layered with a dot of red and a flash of bluish static. He would now remember his old archfoe. The Horror that he would now face once more. Souta and Amadeus would only show concern for George as they knew just how much this meant to the latter.
"("This is a lot more serious than I thought it would be. First were the attacks on the PreCure, then followed the Spirits Crisis... all of it was planned... just like Wescott said it would...")" Souta made a grimaced expression when recalling the warning that one Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott had given them during the Spirits Crisis event.
George Kurai's old enemy is pulling the strings. His servants are acting out of the will of their master. The cosmic battle that had been postponed is almost nigh. And now the Kamen Riders find themselves in a world that was specifically designed to be a battlefield. Players are already on the move. But so would the Kamen Riders.
George would close his eyes a little, breathing in and out. Mentally, he would conjure up a holographic image through Amadeus, one that would give him hope. He can see himself, and accompanying him from his right, holding his right shoulder with her arms, there is someone that he considers to be his most precious person, his wonderful light, his gentle and unwavering resolve.
A young woman with magenta eyes and slightly wavy hair worn down with a few green hair clips on each side. Her hair had short and uneven bangs. Quite short in height compared to most people her age. She wears a light pink collared blouse with a shorter pink crop top worn over it, a light blue skirt with ruffled pale blue layers, light green socks, and pink high-top sneakers.
Hana Nono...
The woman he loves the most...
"("...Hana.)" George thought with concern.
He wondered what was Hana doing now. Considering he vanished right in front of her and her friends, he knew that she would be very worried for him. It only made George resolve to find a way to break free from the chains of this sinful and uncaring world.
If this was a world that had been created by those entitled as gods, then George would see to it that this world and its inhabitants would be set free from the tyranny that unknowingly plagues it.
And...
He could feel Souta's encouraging hand on his shoulder, giving him an understanding look and a nod. Like with George, Souta was also worried about his family back in his world.
And...
He could see Amadeus look at him with a serious but supporting expression.
And...
He will fight for this world... as a Kamen Rider ...and as the man that Hana Nono loved more than anything.
In the World of Souta Mizushino—Kamen Rider Decade...
"...Souta," Setsuna muttered with a worried expression. Currently, she was embracing a distraught Aya, and could only look at the spot where her beloved boyfriend disappeared.
A million thoughts were scrambling through her mind. She did not know what had just happened, but as a Creator herself, she can feel something amiss. She knew that Souta was whisked away beyond even her sight. One moment, Souta was there. The next moment, he disappeared, with only a temporary light trace of static to leave behind.
Where did he go?
Setsuna, using her power, would conjure up an Aurora Curtain and would try to view other worlds besides her own. But no matter how hard she tried, she could not see him anywhere.
"...Souta."
Setsuna did not know what was happening. She did not know what to do with this situation. Every world she tried to look, she found nothing. She cannot find Souta anywhere. She cannot even follow his signature. It was like he disappeared entirely from existence.
"...Souta."
Where are you, Souta? Her thoughts spoke loudly. Her heart beats a little fast. She worries about where her Souta had been sent. But one thing is certain. She will find him.
Whatever it takes.
In the World of George Kurai—Kamen Rider Zi-O... Also known as the World of Pretty Cure...
"...George," Hana Nono, still in shock, would look at the exact spot where George had vanished utterly. She and everyone else among the HUGtto! PreCure did not expect this particular outcome. Most of the team, barring Hana and Hagumi, would try to use their devices to look for George.
Hagumi Kurai, a young woman with pinkish blonde hair and magenta-colored eyes, the daughter of George Kurai and Hana Nono from an alternate future timeline, would embrace Hana and wonder as well regarding George's location. Her expression was also one of worry.
Right now, the HUGtto! PreCure Team have been running around in circles for the past few hours.
"What the heck just happened?!" Hariham Harry, a young man with messy red hair and blue eyes, would run towards the spot where George had disappeared. Harry was using the device that would try to trace any temporal signature where George would be located. But no matter where or when he looked, he found absolutely nothing. He could not find a trace of George Kurai's signature. It was almost like... like he didn't exist.
"Impossible!" Harry exclaims with a frustrated expression.
Aside from him, the other HUGtto! PreCure members were trying to look for him with their devices.
"...There's...There's nothing. No trace at all! It's like he just vanished!" Saaya Yakushiji, a young woman with long navy blue hair and blue eyes, would worry as she could not find anything in her device.
"I can't find anything, nano desu!" Emiru Aisaki, a young girl with red eyes and auburn hair worn in twin-tails held by a red ribbon, could not find anything in her device as well.
"Onii-chan! Where are you?!" Kotori Nono, a young girl with magenta eyes and shoulder-length dark magenta hair, tied in a low curling pair of pigtails, could also not find any trace of George.
"What the hell?! Nothing?!" Homare Kagayaki, a young woman with gold eyes and short hair covering her ears with a long ahoge-like lock on the corner of her head, could not help but curse a little after searching for an hour.
Meanwhile, Ruru Amour, a young woman (or android) with downward-slanting violet eyes and lilac hair, would try to look for any traces of George's signature and calculate his last general location. But... she also found nothing...
"...Nothing, this is most concerning," Ruru muttered, bewildered as her eyebrows scrunched.
"Onee-chan, I can't find him either," another Ruru Amour, looking much younger, with her hair in the form of short twin-tails worn with a yellow headband with purple ribbons, would look at her older counterpart with a worried face.
"We may need to call otou-san on the communications channel," Ruru would say, her expression turning serious.
A feeling would clench from within Hana's heart. Worry, distress, panic, and everything else would come for her. She did not know what was happening. But... After a few moments of merely standing there, would begin to show an expression of resolve. She looks at her future daughter, Hagumi, who would show a similar expression.
They did not know where George was. But they are going to find him.
Whatever it takes.

Somewhere not too far from George and Souta's location, someone was standing on the rooftop of a certain building. From his vantage point, he could see the typical harbor that was right on the horizon.
"Hmmm... Hmmm... Hmmm..."
Someone... A strange boy...
"Hmmm... Hmmm... Hmmm...
He had wilder hair and large curly horns on the head. He wears a top hat that has an orange pumpkin and four golden leaves attached to it. His white shirt has a golden ribbon collar, and the ribbon tied around it now has an orange pendant. His brown shorts are higher up on his waist, with four golden buttons on the top as opposed to a belt. He has a large golden hourglass that hangs on his right side. He also wears a large dark brown coat which is oversized and torn at the ends. There are golden buttons on the cuffs of the coat's sleeves. He has knee-high white socks and plain brown loafers.
From his right hand, he was holding a staff that had an orange pumpkin. The pumpkin has red eyes, a toothy, open-mouthed grin, and a golden crown on the top of its head. Interestingly enough, a line can be seen right above his nose, appearing almost like a scar.
"Hmmm... Hmmm... Hmmm..."
And he was humming. His eyes were closed, but his smile was ominous. He was tapping one of his feet on the ground, the soft sounds of the shoes.
"Oh goody little two shoes, oh George Artorius, you finally arrived upon this world of would-be gods. Hmmmm," the boy could not help but giggle a little out of a sense of amusement and glee.
And then, his eyes opened, revealing a pale yellow color, and underneath were sharp irises. As he moves his staff to his left hand and twists it a little, from the palm of his right hand, there materializes the Tohka Yatogami Ridewatch, one that he had obtained during the Spirits Crisis. He would toss it up before it landed on his palm. Then he did it again and again.
"I am so looking forward to the next few days ahead and the chaos that you and your fellow Kamen Riders will cause. It matters not if all of you are here, you cannot stop the Uprising..."
Then he uttered, and with a final toss, the Tohka Yatogami Ridewatch would come down once more after being thrown so high, it would float upon stopping just a few twenty meters away, there would be the other Nine Spirit Ridewatches that would encircle above the strange boy, each containing the powers of a different Spirit.
"Saa... watashitachi no date hajimemashō... "("Well... Let our date (war) begin...")""
