The title says it all- mostly everyone lives, but not everybody.
For example, the Tributes from Katniss' first Hunger Games. I'm sorry, Rue, you have to be dead in order for this story to work.
Also some of the Victors from the 75th Games (Wiress) who had to die in order for things to make sense.Other than that pretty much everybody of significance (who's not evil - Snow's still dying) will live.
And possibly get seriously injured but it's okay because there's still alive.It will be from the perspective of six of my favorite characters.
You don't HAVE to read Panem's Untold Stories - Finnick Odair (another work of mine) to read this, but there will be spoilers for it and things (ships, backstories, personalities) will make more sense if you do :)
